Welcome!

     Welcome to the official ongoing blog of the Brownfield Bright Lights group! We are a group of young ladies, ages 8-15, training to be bright lights for the LORD and in our community. We will use this blog to report and relay announcements, share pictures & record testimonies of what God does in & through our group. Please check back frequently to keep up with us!

     For those of you who visit this blog, this will be where we put up all the details of our meetings before and after. 

Just a few details about our first meeting:

• The first Brownfield Bright Lights meeting will be held at 2165 E. Webb St. Brownfield, TX 79316
• The first Bright Lights meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 6:00- 8:00pm.
• The subject we will be studying is "Being Strong in the LORD in Your Youth".
• The main verse we will be studying is 1 Timothy 4:12-16.
• We ask that each girl or family bring one easy snack to share.
• We ask that each girl bring a Bible.
• Parents, please bring all important project material.
• We strongly urge that one or both parents attend the meetings and especially the first one as we have a special project that involves the parents:)!
• Please feel free to bring your friends and family and I hope they will enjoy it as much as we will!
